RobotStudio Connection Via WAN Network (Public Network)
In the firewall manager, I have allowed NETSCAN and ROBAPI for the public network. When I connect to the WAN1 port of the OMNICORE controller with my laptop, I can ping the robot's IP address. The robot is found in the Connect window using its IP address, but the connection fails with "Connection Error (443)" and an exception is thrown.
Option 3119 RobotStudio Connect is installed on the controller.
What else can I do?
