Move to detected objects

Greetings, 
me and my colleague areworking on a  school project. The project is vision system, so the general idea is that connected camera detects certain object and sort it out. The robot we are working on is ABB IRB1200-5/0.9. The controller is IRC5 Compact and the camera connected to is Cognex In-Sight 7000 Series Vision System. Now we did connected well and created a job file and calibrated all our objects and the vision system format. But when we try to program it just doesn't work and we noticed that in the code it won't find our job file. Anyone have some suggestions for this problem. We would appreciate any kind of advice or help.
