Unpack & Go not working. Virtual controllers won't start?

Hello,

I am trying to open an ‘UnPack & Go’ file, but I keep getting the error about failing to restore backup for a controller.

Do you have any tips to resolve this error? 

I also get an error that says "This station was created in a newer version of RobotStudio. Any content not recognized by this version will be discarded when the station is saved. Continue?"

after I close out of those, another error saying "There was a problem when initializing the virtual controller. No response from controller" and none of the controllers ever start or change from the 'Stopped' state or appear under the controller tab. 

For the original P&G I checked the box for "include ABB library distribution packages". 

The original controllers RobotWare is 7.15.2. (I'm not sure how to update them... I added the 7.18.2 under the add-ins tab, but nothing changed).

I have 11 controllers total. 

I'm not sure how to fix this issue, If anyone has any tips-I'm all ears!
