Network Scan Time Out

Hello Team,
all of a sudden it happened that my station is not working anymore.
No changes was made started not sync station to rapid now I get

RobotStudio .NET exception: C0040403 : No response from controller.

Any Idea how to fix it?

Have you operated with pack and go? Maybe try unpack again and save the station after virtual controller running successfully.

I do get it with Creating a new Station and Unpacking Pack and Go files.

Do you mean you get the error message after an unpacking operation?

During the unpacking newest I tried create a new station running into the same error. 
I tried both with the same result. All started not be able to sync station to rapid with not explained semantic error.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly about what you mean. Is the unpacking process completed without any error? Is the virtual controller started successfully after unpacking? What messages (including info, warning and error) are displayed when trying to sync station to RAPID?

The only message I get, if try sync station to Rapid is:

PR2_RobNor_1: Failed to synchronize path R2_IS_RADCOVER2/MOV_RadCover in T_ROB1.

If I try to open an Pack and Go I get

Is it possible the virtual controller is kind of broken? Make a backup with the current controller, delete it and try creating a new controller. See if the error is eliminated or not.

Thats what I tried and end up with:

On the bottom-right corner of RobotStudio, you can check the controller state. If the color is green (instead of red), means the controller is successfully started. Could you confirm your controller state is okay before doing any operation like pack or sync?

Controller Status Started mode Auto

On that site all looks 100%

No able to open Pack and Go is ok but not sync from Station to Rapid is an No Go, sync to station works without faults.
