IRB360 robot, 4326 &4327error on pick master software

Our flex picker robot IRB360, 4326&4327 strobe error on pick master software and  Auto mode  not  pick and place  potions running, immediate error accurate  so what is the reason error anyone suggest  to me

    Still not found  reason of not  working ,strobe issue  with  miss communication
