world zones not syncing to the station (multi robot project)

I have a cell simulation with multiple robots in it. The world zones will sync to the station from one robot but not any of the others. One of the other robots is running identical code/configuration as the robot that sync'ed to the station, so I know the virtual controller is setup correctly but it wont sync. Is this a bug/limitation of the world zone implementation is RS? can anyone suggest a fix?

BTW I tried deleting the world zones from the paths and targets from the one that sync'ed correctly to see if it was possible to get one of the others to do it. It didn't but i was able to resync the one that worked.

ok so I figured it out, you have to load the world zone template for EACH controller! For anyone encountering this problem, go to the simulation tab and set the required robot controller as active. Then go to the home tab as load up the world zone template.
