I cant access cognex camera ip with IRB360 Flexpicker Irc5 Controller

I have a trouble about connectin cognex camera. I am online with irc5 in Robot Studio but can not acces cognex camera. Ip address is not available. red and black wires are connected to 24v and 0vdc perspectively. İnternet cable of camera is connected to lan3 port.
