Having an issue with rs and the arcPP. I need a guru

So im having a small issue with robotstudio and arcweld1 pp. I can't seem to use bd2 as a name for beaddata. If i change the instruction to bd2 in the VC, it wont sync to the station. It throws the error another rapid symbol with the name bd2 already exists.

I've searched the whole controller for bd2 and it only exists as the beaddata declaration and the weld instruction.

I've gone into the Process definitions under ArcDefault and tried to edit bd2 but it says Data Arcbeaddata bd2 not declared in the station.

All my other bead data works...just bd2 doesn't.

Now i think it may have something to do with the fact that i installed arcweld2 PP early on and then uninstalled it and installed the arcweld1. I believe i created a bd2 with the arcweld2 installed and this issue appeared afterward but there is no arc2beaddata types present in the VC.

I did notice that it still loads Rapid Data Defaults for the arcweld2 PP when starting but i did uninstall it. Not sure if that's an issue.

Anyone have any idea? maybe an old xlm file still getting loaded? something i might be able to edit out?

I know i can just rename the beaddata to something else and edit all my programs but i'd like to track down the reason and possibly fix it.

I'm using the latest and greatest for both rs and the powerpac. I've updated a few times and the problem persists through versions

So yes i found it as an arc2beaddata under the data manager in the PP tab. I have an arc2startenddata as well id like to remove. I highlight the data and delete it but it recreates it when i reopen the PP. How do i remove those permanently?

So i deleted the arc2beaddata and the arc2startenddata under data management and applied. I synced to the station and it took it with no errors. I saved and shut the cell down and restarted it with no problems. After i started the powerpac i got 2 errors se2 and bd2 were in the station but the wrong type. The arc2 settings are no longer listed under the data manager in the PP and my bd2 and se2 are now listed under the proper datatype. I can open the data and edit it now too.

I still get error messages about bd2 and se2 being in the station but wrong type. I don't see anything in the template in regards to arc2 datatypes but the Rapid data defaults for arc2bead and arc2start load....i think my issue lies here. I'm using WolfArc too which use there own template file but i don't see any other arc templates . I tried deleting the Rapiddatadescriptors and RapidDataDefaults for the arc2beaddata and arc2startdata in my VC and restarted but they still loaded and gave the error. I'm sure its just a small line of code somewhere...just need to find it.
