Profisafe watchdog timeout with PLC

Hey looking to get some help on an issue we're running into setting up a new omnicore controller with profinet/profisafe to a siemens PLC. Using robotware 7.18.2. Both PLC and robot have the GSDML-V2.43-ABB-Robotics-OmniCore-20240821.xml file which we located in the robotware folder as per the manual instructions. 

Using 32 byte DI/DO and 8 byte SDO/SDI. Set up the network on the LAN port, correct IP, same name as it's set on the PLC, correct source and destination addresses. PLC can recognize the DI/DO, but getting watchdog timeouts on the SDI/SDO. At one point the SDO was working and just the SDI was timing out.

Anybody run into something similar or have any tips/pointers? Kind of spinning our wheels here. Thanks in advance.
