AI Assistant not working? Any insight?

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to use the new AI Assistant in RobotStudio but cannot find out more information on how to use it. Does anyone have any insights on what I may be doing wrong? I upgraded my robotstudio to 2025.3 but the assistant still isn't available on my screen (the 'explain' button is greyed out).
Really looking forward to using this feature...

Yes, it is a cloud-based feature and you need a cloud account to run it.0
