error every time I try to restore a backup from a removable disk

every time I try to restore a backup from a removable disk it keeps saying configuration file (.cfg) contains invalid data, the backup i generated using robotstudio and even when I backed up new from the teach pendant and I tried to restore it it done the same error. and If any other way to transfer programs from robotstudio to the teach pendant or the robot itself

Just load the modules that you need from the removable disk or connect via the service port using Robotstudio.
