SafeMove2 and Stop0Sstatus/Stop1Status output signals

Hello,
I’m configuring SafeMove and have been unable to get the Stop0Status or Stop1Status output signals to trigger. I’ve linked both to safe digital outputs, but they don’t appear to change state under any of the following conditions:

Pressing the E-Stop button
-
Triggering a general or auto stop from an external device
-
Violating a SafeMove axis position supervision function (configured for Stop Category 0)
Does anyone know why these signals might not be activating, or what conditions are required for them to toggle?
