To apply orientation to a target, you could do as follows:
(1) Right click a reference target
(2) Select 'Copy Position'
(3) Select options under 'Orientation relative to', either 'World' or 'Parent'
(4) Right click the target you want to apply orientation to
(5) Select 'Apply Position' and select either 'Relative World' or 'Relative Parent'
If you haven't selected 'Copy Position' in step 2, 'Apply Position' will be disabled0 -

Thanks for your reply but I do not intend to apply "Position". I only want to apply orientation.0 -
Yes, when you select 'Orientation relative to' in step 3, you only copy the orientation (q1, q2, q3, q4) of the reference target but not position of the target (x, y, z). After that when you use 'Apply Position' in step 5, you only apply orientation but not position. The name of the menu is a bit confusing though.0
