We are having trouble with rev 91 operating system on 2 seperate controllers. The controllers sometimes scramble the code in the main routine. When the routines are called in the wrong order the robot will make moves in the wrong order.

We have to delete the program from memory, delete the program module, reboot, then reload the module.

I'm not sure what to do. Is there a fix in a later version or should I go back to an older version?

    Hello Dave,

    I searched our Product Defect Database for a report of the condition that you reported, but I could not find one. Maybe someone else has seen this condition?

    Unfortunately, you may not get a lot of response from this forum, as it focuses on ABB Robotics PC-based suftware such as WebWare, RobotStudio, etc.

    If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you contact ABB Product Support at 800- HELP-365 and ask them to investigate this issue.
