Options IRB 1600

I am using RobotStudio Version 5.09.2188.166 and ROBOTWARE_5.09.0166
The problem is the following. I configured a IRB1600_7_120 robot with the following options:
Languages">644-2 German
Options">709-2 DeviceNet Master/Slave Dual
Options">608-1 World Zones
Options">609-1 Fixed Position Events
Options">611-1 Path Recovery
Options">617-1 FlexPendant Interface
Options">620-1 File and Serial Channel Handling
Options">621-1 Logical Cross Connections
Options">623-1 Multitasking
Options">626-1 Advanced RAPID
The problem is after loading the EIO and the SYS.cfg files and given the robot a P-Start. It comes back is "System Failure". If I look in the event log I have error code: 20159 and 71391, many tiimes.
The multitask are not loaded. (Maybe because it's in System Failure")
So, I thougt I made a mistake in the *.cfg file. I tried it with a IRB660, and everything is loaded correctly! Can it be that the Options 621-1 is not correctly loaded in the IRB1600 robot?

If you just load the sys.cfg is it ok then?
If it's the IO file, what happens if you delete all the cross connections in the io file?Per Svensson

Hello Per,
I removed the #SYSSIG_OUT: and #SYSSIG_IN: from the EIO file. The "System State" was gone.
I got another error 71201 "Unknown Bus", "DeviceNet". This is strange because I got option 709-2 selected. After I removed the #
EIO_BUS: and changed the module to "Virtual0" it started up.The MultiTask's are not visible in the "Task Menu".
The next one I've got with connection worldzone to my program, I get the following error:
Error 161 : Option is missing. : The instruction WZBoxDef requires the option World Zones.Again, the options is in the robot but the robot does not use it.
What can I do further??

- Have you modified the system (options) without doing a I-Start after?
- What happens if you just load the sys.cfg to see if the Multitask's loads?
- Is it any specific sys event that cause the problem?

Hey,
Yes, I modified the options without a I-Start. Just followed your advice and give the robot and I-Start.
Everything is ok now.
