RSO configuration editor

Hi

I have RW 5.09.1020 installed. my problem is that I cant get the configuration editor working from RSO.

I am loged on as default user and am able to monitor IO, edit RAPID, apply changes etc,

I have an internal licence and other PC's I use work OK when editing parameters through RSO.

The configuration TAB that opens in RSO never populates with the listed paremter names.

Using RSO activated from RS5.09 works fine when editing Virtual Contoller parameters.

I have unistalled and reinstalled but same problem exists.

I have checked that both robot baseware and RSO on my PC are 5.09.1020 (same). I have noted that I cant edit parameters on other networked robots as well even 5.08 versions.

My PC seems to show a busy status for at least 10 seconds or so before nothing happens.

Any Ideas ???... thanks in advance for any advice you may have.

    A possible cause is problems with the FTP connection between your PC and the controller. Test especially transfer of large files from the controller to the PC.
