Problem with IRB4400 S4C+

Options

Hello,<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I'm having a problem with a IRB4400 2000 s4c+ controller.

It is been for years now that modules are added to a existing program. Last time after changing a program (adding a module) by a network connection, and then loading the program into the active memory, I got this message:

MCO:PGMLNK.C 3451

20311 Enable Open

10014 System error Status

I had to cut off the power, so he has done a P start, en had to do a restore of the previous backup.

I thought that we were running out of const robtargets, so I deleted the ones that were not used. After trying again, it worked, but when you reload it once more, I get this error again.

Can somebody help me with this problem.

Best regards,

    Please add a Backup so i can see your configuration .... (add Log file)<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Enable 1 open,  can bee open by a lot of reson.

"Panel board" and the "conector board" are runing a internal can bus, from the I/O-computer.

I think "Enable 1" is runing through all these components..

Check electrical drawings can give a hint!

Check errors on  console port ..  (9600 boud) givs a hint on which part is failing in start upp mode.. (if you have lookt at the print out before)

I think you can se status on "sys inputs" by typing   EIO_show  or eio_show in the terminal.

A hint about "show" comand in a terminal window write   ->   lkup "show"

and a list on show instruction will appear

I forgot the KERNEL - C-code can also be a resson or a very hevy load on the I/O-buss if Poll rate is to low.

    Hello...

When did the error occur? Upgrade? runing program ? Reboting, restart ? Loading a backup? or configuration of multitasking? event_rutins?<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

    Will a i Start help ?

a I-start will reboot a system to default configuration. (Program and motor-configuration I/O-configuration) will be reset to default...

    go to

    1. service ,

    2. restart

    3. then press 1,4,7

    and I-start will be present!

If you still have problem after i-start, then it can be the robotware "c-code" fore the robot..

If system ok  ...  load a working backup

    else..

    try to do a C-start

    1. service ,

    2. restart

    3. then press 1,3,4,6,7,9    C-start

C-start will empty the robotware and the "system" include "system/Backup" folder copy backup from folder to PC by FTP.

to save rapid code and configuration.... for loading later!

Now you have to load a complete new "system" from "RobInstall" systembuilder for s4c+...

If NOK now then it is a hardware problem...

  • Thank you very much for advice.
