Virtual Controller Crash

I have used RS 5.09 to set up a system from backup of a real IRC5 controller, which has a 4 axis gantry (X master, X slave, Y and Z).
When I try and start the system, the VC crashes. I have attached the error reports generated by this crash.
Any ideas why the VC is crashing for this system?

Hi Neil,
Since you are working with a gantry I would suspect that there is something in the motion configuration file that the VC cannot recognize. Unfortunately, the VC is very sensitive to errors in the configuration. In combination with a limited error handling this may give rise to the VC crashing. I would recommend you to get in touch with your ABB contact to work this issue out.
