Cannot download WWverchk.dll [WebWare Server]

A customer tried to connect with new pc to the WWServer 3.2.317 but he always gets the message:Error unable to download WWVerk.dll.

He tried this from a Windows 2000 SP4 and win98 pc with IE 6.0. He has also administrator rights and setups the browser as the description in the documentation.

Do you have an idea....

    Hello Kevin,

    Is WebWare Server installed on an English operating system or German? If it is German, verify that they have manually configured the web site as described in the documentation.

    Can the web page be browsed from the server PC but not any other PC?

    If so, please open the Computer Management Console>IIS and check the properties of the WebWare virtual directory (the root directory) to verify that its execute permissions are set set to "Scripts only".

    Only the WWBIN directory should be set to "Scripts and executables".
