idLoad changing

I am having a problem with our new 1600 robot w/interchange.
When I send a part into weld, it changes the values for idLoadStn1. I have gone into the program and looked for a typo. I can't seem to find any. It does not do it all of the time. I am not getting the error on STN2, just STN1.
Our intergrator that we bought the station from, told us that it is a glitch in the software. I have gone back in and changed the values, and refreshed the loaddata, restated the controller, and sent the robot to safe position, went to service window to reposition the arm to load position, and it gave me another idLoadStn1 load too high. Rechecked the values, and they are changed again.
Someone please help...
