Storage error & Cell not saving

       One more problem i'm facing in RS 4.0 is
i have imported a Iges file in the RS 4.0 after that i wanted to save that file as library but after giving command to save as library i'm getting following error
 Storage error: In 'CPsestorage :: Create New ( )' threw : 'Out of memory.'
 And same cell if i want to save it is giving "file cannot be saved"
pls help me out.image
