Hi
I had a similar problem with a TRAP connected to a "flickering" signal.
Since interrupts are queued by the system, the number of events in queue can be too high, especially if the code in the trap requires time to run.
It's also happens to me when a IsignalDI/TRAP is defined, and the program is stopped for a while.
Give us some more details about the trap and the program. Maybe sombedoy can help you.
Regards.

I HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM IN A M2000 IRB4400 ROBOT.
THE CODE TRAP MAKE A FLAG WITCH ON ONLY.
THIS OCCURS WHILE THE MOTOR OFF STATE IS PRESENT.
ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEA?

Hi
You can apply a active or passive filter in your io configuration, so the signal has to be hi or low in a specified time
