IRB 340 - axis reaching the limit

Hello everybody!!

I have an ABB picking objects (with different orientation) from a conveyor and placing them (always in the same position) in another conveyor. The problem is that the value of axis 4 is increasing to 360000 and gives an error of limit. Can be a problem of axis configuration? The instruction ConfL/off is used because of the conveyors.

Please help!!
