Robots backup

Im trying to update a PC where the robot programs backups are done. The old PC is on Windows NT platform and the new one is on XP professional. I suppose that I only need the following programs and then configure the IPs and MACs address, am I right? Please help me. Finally, where do I  get this software?, Can I just use any ftp and then configure it? image
