normal and semistatic tasks

I Have a multitasking with 3 NORMAL tasks. Is it better to have 2 of them as SEMISTATIC? Sometimes I have an error: Auto Stop conflict and the system goes to status sys halt.Can it be connected with the type of the tasks?
