How to launch RobVC ?

Hello, I need from a windows application to launch the RobVC.exe as a standalone process and start a selected system residing on the PC local hard disk. Does someone know if RobVC accepts a command line ? If yes is it possible to pass the parameters (launch vc, restart vc, stop vc, path to system,...) Many thanks
