Urgent:Unable to use Robot due to warning

We have 2 S4C+ controllers that work seperately but communicate through a CAN bus system. The CAN bus system along with the second robot is new but we have been running them fine for a good period of time.

recently we have been having intermittent errors that could be fixed by a simple restart and away they went.

our error is:

Warning - Programming Server in use by other client

we have contacted ABB and tried every solution they can think of.

we have reloaded the system data, created a new system etc.

the strange and quite annoying thing is when we reload our original data. the data that had a system with one robot and no CAN Bus we can control the robot and run it ok. this is not acceptable as we can have collisions.

Any help is better than what we have now.
