Search in RS with Flexpendant [ArcWelding PowerPac]

Hi

 I have discovered that it is quit easy to make searches in RS, but can any one guide me through to make the search 1D with the flexpendant??

My problem is the create pose and so on??

  • Check out the product documentation for the Smartac option 3HAC024845-001


    SmarTacT is a tactile sensor used to find the location of inconsistent weld joints and offset the programmed points in a weld program. The main rapid instruction used for this option is Search_1D.

    I know how to do in the real robot flexpendant, i would like to do it with the flexpendant i RS.

    my problem is that i RS there is no search routines when i try to make the PROCALL to the search 1d routine.

    Is it possible to get the search routines in the RS flexpendant

  • You must add the SmarTac option to the system also on the VC.

    the smartac is already in the controller system

    So i dont understand why the searchroutines is not found on the flexpendant i RS

  • Hi Hardikez,

    It seems that the Search_1D instruction must be added to the "Most Common" list to be used from the FlexPendant. Please follow the instruction on p29 of the SmarTac manual.
