Error with IRC5

Dear all,

Now I'm facing with some error of my robot running with IRC5 indetail:
1. My robot is a new one and ready for commissioning but when I jog the join somtime it is be stop by Error 10106 "It is time for service for Robot ROB-1 because it is 650 days from last service.
2. After I edit and check a new program, there is no error appear and then contimue to download this program, however it is fault with error 20074 "The command is not allowed in Guard Stop state".
Please show me what does it means? And how to solve them?
3. As I mention as above my robot system is a new installation, all Robot software is installed in PC that is includes: Robot Studio Online, RobotWare V5.07 and IRC5 OPC Server, all of them are trial version. So could you please show me how to activate the license key after I get it via email?
