Soft Stop

Hi guys,

Before I installed 5.10 on my robots the Soft Stop option was acting like this:

Break the safety chain for less than a second = Regular stop but motors stay on.

Break the safety chain for more than a second = Regular stop and motors goes Off.

Now it seems that the motors are always going OFF no matter how long the Safety chain is broken.

Is this a registered change from 5.09 to 5.10 or there is some kind of problem in my system that I need to investigate?
