I have made myself a new tool, and now i want to attach it to my robot.
But how do i get it to end up in center of axis 6?

Hello Ronny,
The point of the tool that you want to position in tool_zero at the robot (axis 6) has to be positioned in station_zero when you start creating the tool.
Then you can just drag and drop the tool on the robot in the Object browser, and the position should be correct.
