RobotStudio 5.09 License Problem

Hi.

   I have a problem with the robot studio, The license is valid until march 2009 but when i start it, the program says "No valid application license error code(80040212)"  and when I try to install again the license it says "The ethernet address in your computer does not match the ethernet address contained in the license key file".  The thing is that this computer has been always running the RS, I dont know why it says that tha ethernet is different.  I'll apreciate if someone could help me.

Is this a portable computer? if so are you connected to a network?
You know windows normaly dosen't turn on your network card (no mac adress) if it's not connected.
If it's a portab?e computer and you have a wireless network card I would recommend that you generate the license key for that one next time.
and buy the way 5.10 has been released for quite some time so you should download that.

Yes indeed it's a Laptop, I'm connected to the work's network at the office. How can I generate the license key again? I'm in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Working at ABB Robotics. Thanks again.
