Conveyor tracking - placing

Hi all,

 

I am looking to place on a conveyor using qtracker. I want to auto generate the placement so that I am not placing on top of another object. (The parts are all the same size). I am thinking to auto generate a theoretical object every 30mm but how do I do it? I know that something like this is done in Pickmaster to get images generated at predefined distances. How can this be done just using qtracker and an IRC5?
