help me out

hi friends

i m totally new to robot studio

i m using rs 5.09 from 2 days and i can make a path

but wen i play it change its direction..... it doesn't go througth the given path plz help me

my company need it

im regular user of PRO-E Wildfire 2

plz send some tutorails or notes which it will me in makeing it perfect

    There is a tutorial build in to robot studio have you run that ?

    You shod  upgrade to 5.10 it is included in your license.image

    last day i tried a lot then came to know that the configration

    was wrong

     

    and as u said tutorail...... it don't work here proper or its too less toturail to understd conscept.......

    and i came with another prob here

    hw can i move or rotate the object as per my robotarm

  • hi if you right click on one of your external axes you will have to choose mechanism joint jog.

    you can then move the slider back and forth, feks on a track, robot or what ever.

    is this what you meen?

    if i'm keep my job on positioner then how can i move it

    revole as shown in demo

    today i mail some question to ABB robotic but they did't replyed yet

    do u know any valid email id where i can send it

    so i can solve over there only

    as i can't take out anything from company......

  • Just create a workobject and attach that to your positioner.
    The create your targets in that wobj and they will follow when yopu move your positioner around. Also if you want to do corrdinated motion on a positioner you need to do it this way and define that the positioner moves the wobj.

    1- how to vary the speed of the robot as per our standard welding speed ?

    2- Gv us d complete information abt VIRTUAL FLEX PENDANT as how fast we can use it 

    3- how to set program pionter, entry point for the task

    4- how to simulate robot & positioner simultaneously (synchronization)

    some error where i stuck in middle of the programimage

    a) the task T_ROB1 has syntax errors in its RAPID program

    b) synchronization to VC failed? what should i do...?????

    c)program pointernot available....????

    d) could not set program pointer to entrypoint for task T_ROB1image

    f) the program could not be started

    plz tell how to over come  like this errors

    or leave it aside

    bcoz it goiung tough day by day

    and my company need results from me

    and i don't have enough knowlegde on this

    they only hv s/w no any manual to read it go through it......

    plz help me out

    I can see that you have many questions and ma by a training in robotstudio will be good for you. If You go i to :

    www.abb.com/robotics and send a mail to Arvind Vasu in India, he can inform you of the nearest robotstudio training center.
