Refresh IO list after restart of controll

Nice that RSO is in RS now, but there is an old bug that have been i all versions of RSO and now in online part of RS.

If i monitor my io boards and signal and i restart the controller i have to close the windows and open them again before i can see them again. It also comes when it loos networks connection even that the lan didn't loos connection...it is in RSO there is a bug or missing refresh of IO pages

    It is a problem.

    A workaround can be to use the I/O simulator in "Simulation" panel
