COM Add-In development

I have some experience of developing stand-alone .exe applications in VB 6.0 and have followed the example in the RS API help, 'Create a COM Add-In for RobotStudio'. It runs ok.

I can find no information on how to develop an add-in so that it can be run from within VB in debug mode.

Do I have to initially create it as an .exe project, and if so, how do I link it to RS? Is there any material on the web that explains how to do this?
