Cannot apply 4.0 license remotely [WebWare Server]

With WebWare Server 4.0 it is necesary to apply the license directly from the server PC, as opposed to using Terminal Services/Remote Desktop to access the Software Product Administration snap-in or License Key Installation Wizard.
