MultiMove Application Manual

I am slowly learning to use Robot Studio, but the operating manual (albeit thick), leaves a good bit to be desired. We may end up doing some training, but I see that there are some additional manuals available. Specifically, I am refering to the MultiMove Application Manual. Does anyone know where I can get ahold of either a physical or .pdf copy of this? Thanks for the help.
