SafeMove by offline?

I want to check and configure SafeMove parameters by offline. But its configurator is in online tab of RS and I don't know how to use it by offline. Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately SafeMove is only available in Online mode.

I hope that you will like it once you have your online system running.
