View Tool at Target

I have two different customers having trouble with View Tool at Target.  The problem is that View Robot at Target works correctly but View Tool at Target is way wrong.  I can turn on View Tool at Target and View Robot at Target and see that the tool is at two different positions for the same target.

Do you have any suggestions on what they are doing wrong?

    Hi Jerry,

    maybe you have different origin between the robot and the tool.
    Detach the tool from the robot move in the the world-origin. Then use the button "Set local origin" and atach the tool on the robot.
    Now it schould be the same position.

    Thanks for the reply.  I think you are right the problem is with the way the tool was made.  I will have the customer remake his tool with the local origin set correctly.
