AutoConfiguration with External Axis

Does the AutoConfiguration work when using the an External Axis (L type positioner)
The VC is correctly configured and robot coordinates ok when all targets are manually configured one at a time, but the AutoConfiguration of the path only seems to move the robot and not the positioner.
FYI: ActUnit, is used within the path, and I also have the ArcWeld PowerPac open but prefer not to use the configuration tool within this.
Many thanks

Unfortunately not, but it is high on the "todo" list for 5.12.
