Where can I get help with RS 5.11 I have installed/de-installed 2 times and it runs fine once and then locks as per the screen dump and the attached report. Cry

    Have you installed the 5.11 baseware first ?

    Have you done a restart of your pc ?

    What do you mean by "runs fine once and then locks ".

    Hi, yes I have gone through the install in the correct way, the error I get is an unhandled exception error. However, I can run RS after install only once, open stations, create stations ETC. Once I shut down my PC I get this error. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing without success. I get the same error. I have attached a dump of the error log.

    Alternatively, you can upload the support log (the most interesting part is usually the latest "Fault Log File") to this thread.
