Tool cable problems

The cable that we use for the tool is constantly being tangled and is causing iterference. I would like to connect the cable to the outlet socket located at the end of axis four. (IRB 2400 16kg) I was also thinking of having a wind-up mechanism that can be used, just anyone have any information regarding this matter.
