Feature Request - disable scroll area

Update: use the mouse down event to get the X-coordinate of the click, then display the menu if it appears that the X-coord is not in the scroll area

It would be useful to have the option to prevent ListView_Click events from occuring when the user clicks in the scroll area of the ListView control.

I am trying to avoid having a context menu displayed while I am trying to scroll through my list of items. This feature would seem to be a logical extension of the SelectionEnabledOverScrollbuttons property. Does anyone have a workaround for this behavior?

Also, is this the correct forum to propose feature requests, or should they go directly to the Product Manager or someone else?
