Problem with Task syncronisation [ArcWelding PowerPac]
Hello everybody,
i have a little problem with my 2 Tasks and writing a programm in ArcWeld Powerpack...
I have 2 tasks, in the first one is a Robot (IRB 1600) for a welding process, in the other one a Robot (IRB 6600) used like a positioner.
When in now write a programm with Arcweld Powerpack i have the following problem:
First the Robot in Task 2 goes to position, then "WaitsyncTask" in Task 1 & 2! Now the Robot in Task1 do the welding job, after he finished there is once again "Waitsynctask" in both Tasks. And on and on and on...
This is picture shows how i write the programm, eveythings fine so far...
When i now want to test it the weld job positions in Task1 with "move to" the Robot in Task 2 jumpes over the "Waitsynctask" commands to the next position like in the picture below.
Does anyone know why? When i go and simulate the Programm it works really fine. But if i want to change something in ArcWeld Powerpack it has the fault like i describe it.
I'm using RW11 and ArcWeld Powerpack 5.11.
Maybe it's a bug?
Hope someone can help me out.

Hi,Create target/targets between all sync instructions. It is necessary for AWPP and will work in the real life also.BR / Andersson0
