Can anyone tell me if there is any possibility for me to download the media pool key from the site and if so please give me the site name.

When you buy a complete robot system with a manipulator and controller, it comes pre-installed with a system defined by your specification. The system is defined by a key. A system cannot be downloaded to a physical controller unless it is defined by one of these "true" keys. Virtual controller systems are defined by a virtual key that is open and can be used to configure a system with any robot and any (or all) option(s). However, a system created from a virtual key cannot be downloaded to a physical controller. Then you need a "real" key. These keys are not distributed free of charge. Please contact your local ABB office if you are interested in modifying the key of your existing physical IRC5 controller.
