NOT ALLOWED COMMAND FAULT ON S3 CONTROLLER

Hi

We have faced very strange problem on S3 robot.

Robot works normally in manual mode. ( Everything seems normal )

But when we turn to automatic mode robot created the following message on teach pendant after we confirm the "yes " "no" acknowledge question in automatic mode.

"Not allowed command"

We did the following step by step :

1 - We  turned the key from Man. Mode to Aut. Mode

2 - We confirmed the automatic mode question on the Teach Pendant.

3 - We pushed the Motor on button .

But when we push the Motor on button in Automatic mode robot didn't accept .( when we push the motor on button motor of button starts to make a blinking )

We have checked all the LEDS ( ES , GS , AS, Limit Switch ) on System Board and they look normal. We have also changed Robot Computer with the new one.

AS if robot doesn't accept to our confirmation via Teach pendant.
