FlexPendant Viewer

In the Online tab I am logged on to a real IRC5 controller as a user with full access rights.
The controller has the PC Interface option.
All functions seem OK except FlexPendant Viewer, which gives the message 'FlexPendant capture failed', with detailed information as shown below:



Does anyone else have the same problem?

Running RW 5.12.0138.

There was a bug which prevented the viewer from working unless the Default User at the IRC5 had full access rights.

This is fixed in RS 5.12.01.

FlexPendant Viewer now works OK with the Default User (minimal rights) logged in at the IRC5 and Administrator (full rights) logged in via RS.

If I try to open the viewer while logged in via RS as Default User, the viewer fails with a permanent hourglass cursor. Not a problem, but an error message would be useful.

Thanks Kevin for bringing this to our attention. The problem has been logged and will be considered for resolution in any of the subsequent releases of RobotStudio.
