Hi
I tried to get a IRB6640_185_280 in 90 deg to a track irbt6004_0_d_2.
I tried everything but the robot is shown always "inline" on the track. Even when the parameter in the robot system shows 90deg.
Any ideas how to do it?
RobotStudio 5.11 Version 5.11.2678.160
Many thanks
Stefan

Hi Stefan,Anders S2009-01-27 10:33:12
The easiest why to setup the system is to use "Create System From Layout". First import the track and place it so the "robot attach frame" on the track is placed in RobotStudio world zero position ( to avoid base frame values for the track).
Then import the robot, attach it to the track (answer yes on the question about coordinated with the track....) and rotate it 90 deg. Now you can use "Create System From Layout" to create the system.
The robot should keep its rotation on the track, and the robots base frame should be rotated 90 deg. around Z axis.Best regards,
