Issues with 'Create Weld' [ArcWelding PowerPac]
Options
I have been trying to learn to use RS, but have run into a problem with creating welds. I am using AWPP.
When I select 'Create -> Weld', I attempt to select the initial point of the weld. The snap options I am using are 'Surface Selection' and 'Snap Object'. I am supposed to see a Spherical Yellow point, however I only see a white cross.
Upon further inspection, the weld start location was set to strange coordinates (-3235, -1150, -427). This location is behind the robot, beneath the floor, and looks like it is well out of reach of the robot.
Has anyone seen this before? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
SJT

Hi,Check if you have the cad geometry. You need it for AWPP. Make a test, model a box in your station and try to create a weld.BR / Andersson0
